The Process

STAGE 1: DISCOVERY AND DESIGN BRIEF

All my work and projects begin with a detailed design brief from an individual or team. This can be in-person, virtually or remotely. The aim of this brief for the prospective or existing client to provide me with as much information as possible about their designing needs.

Once the design brief or discovery discussion is completed, I will prepare a design proposal and provide the cost of work or project involved.

Once you are happy with the design proposal and cost then the designing process begins. Half way the process you will receive initial samples of your design or artwork for you to review and these are normally sent to you via email.

STAGE 2: REVISION

Once the initial design samples have been reviewed and confirmed, then either the revisions will be carried out should there be any and the client will be kept in touch at all times. This process involves revising relevant aspects of design such as actual design, colour, layout, typeface, size and so on.

STAGE 3: FINAL DESIGN

Once your preferred design or artwork has been achieved, I will then proceed and make final revision and complete the design work and supply the finished work to you via your preferred method – usually supplied using popular formats such as pdf, jpeg, png, gif etc. The final design will be sent to you via email with watermarked symbol to confirm completion

Once final payment has made, you will receive a high quality copy of your design with all watermarks removed and you will maintain full copyright for the design or artwork.
